The integrated building will provide a zoned library located on the ground floor up to the second floor, as well as part of the third floor, with a net operational floor area of approximately 3,200 square meters.
It will include an adult library, a children's library, a reference section, a newspaper reading room, a student self-study room, a multimedia resource library, and a computer information center. Floors three to five will house a care home with 200 beds, covering a net operational floor area of approximately 2,058 square meters. The care home will be a contracted facility, offering both subsidized and non-subsidized care for the elderly.
